This Privacy Policy describes how MavenEcommerce Inc. dba MavenSolutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use T-Matic AI and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information: Name, email address, password, and billing information when you register or subscribe.
- Brand and business data: Content, documents, URLs, brand guidelines, and other materials you upload to build your knowledge graph.
- Communications: Messages you send to Maven, support requests, and feedback you submit.
- Payment information: Billing address and payment method details processed through our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, content generated, publishing activity, and session duration.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and error logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: Session cookies for authentication, analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used, and preference cookies to remember your settings. See Section 8 for details.
Information from third parties
- Connected channels: If you connect social media accounts, email platforms, or other publishing channels, we receive data necessary to publish content and retrieve performance analytics on your behalf.
- Single sign-on: If you authenticate via Google or another provider, we receive basic profile information from that provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Power the knowledge graph and Maven AI responses relevant to your brand
- Process payments and send billing-related communications
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, usage alerts)
- Send product updates and marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve performance and reliability
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not train our AI models on your knowledge graph data or the content you generate. Your brand data is used solely to produce outputs for your account.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). These vendors are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your data as directed by us.
- AI infrastructure providers: We use third-party AI model providers to power content generation. Prompts are constructed from your knowledge graph data and processed by these providers solely to return outputs to you. We have data processing agreements in place with these providers.
- Connected integrations: When you authorize a connection to a third-party platform (social media, CMS, ad platform), data is shared with that platform only as necessary to fulfill the integration.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You will be notified before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- With your consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation or export, after which it is deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 6).
Certain data may be retained longer when required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. See our Security page for details.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

- Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

T-Matic AI is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms when transferring personal data internationally.
